I had a decent experience with them. They explained the process well and negotiated a plan i could actually afford. The fees stung a bit but the peace of mind made it worth it for me.

They did help me with my back taxes but the process was slow. I kept following up because it felt like my case wasn’t a priority. Still the end result was better than nothing since they negotiated smaller payments.

I spoke to them for a consultation about my back taxes. They seemed very knowledgeable and explained the IRS programs well. In the end idecided not to hire them because of the upfront cost but i did feel like they knew what they were doing.

I looked into them last year when I had tax debt. What turned me off was that the sales pitch felt like I was being pressured into signing a contract. The rep kept emphasizing limited time opportunities which made me uneasy.
