I will say they were nice to talk to and explained things clearly. They didn’t magically erase my debt, but they did handle the paperwork that i didn’t want to mess with.

They were able to get my tax lien released which was a huge relief. It did take months and a lot of paperwork but the outcome was positive. I’d say it depends on how much patience you have to do it yourself.

I almost signed up with them but decided not to after doing some more research. They came across as professional in the consultation but the cost seemed really high. I ended up working directly with the IRS and it was tough but manageable.

I have heard mixed reviews. A friend of mine swears they saved him thousands while another said it was a waste. Seems like it depends a lot on your situation and how complex your tax issues are.
