If they’re really about reducing stress then their customer service should be solid. I would want to know if they keep clients updated regularly. Nothing is worse than feeling left in the dark when money and the IRS are involved.

They’ll walk through your income, expenses, and tax history before saying what’s possible. Anyone who promises huge savings right away is usually just trying to reel you in.
