Not impressed. They promised they’d cut my tax debt drastically but in the end all they did was arrange monthly payments. Felt like a waste of time and money.

I didn’t hire them but i did a consultation. The rep explained the programs pretty well but i realized most of it i could do myself online with the IRS. For me it wasn’t worth the cost.

I actually used them when the IRS started sending me letters nonstop. They were able to stop the collections pretty quickly. It took some patience but my case was settled in a way I could live with. Not cheap but I’d say they did their job.

I went with Optima because i didn’t want to deal with the IRS myself. They did all the paperwork and represented me which helped with my anxiety. But financially the outcome was not drastically different than if I’d just set up my own plan.
