If you can’t even find their office address or the names of the people working there that’s a serious red flag. A company that hides that information probably has something to hide. Legit services should have no problem showing you who’s on their team.

If you’re considering a company ask them straight up how their fee structure works. Some charge flat fees some take percentages and some have hidden add-ons. It can get expensive fast so transparency is huge.

They helped me get into an installment agreement I could actually afford. I probably could have done it myself but i didn’t want the stress.

I used a nationwide tax relief company and they actually did deliver results. It was not cheap but they reduced my overall debt and stopped the scary IRS letters.

I hired them after getting a lien notice. It took a while but they eventually got the lien released. That was a huge relief though it cost more than i wanted to spend.

For me they took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I was getting letters and calls non stop. Once they stepped in the pressure stopped and i could breathe again. That alone was worth the fee.

My friend worked with them and had good things to say. They set her up with a monthly payment plan and explained every step. She did mention it wasn’t cheap but she was just relieved not to face the IRS alone.

Do not accept vague promises. And definitely read the fine print on their contracts bcz they lock you in once you pay.
