I reached out to them when i got a wage garnishment notice. To their credit they stopped it within a few weeks. That alone made the service worth it for me even though i still owe the IRS.

I worked with them about two years ago. They were professional and responsive and i liked that they handled all the paperwork. The downside was the price tag but they did stop the collection notices.

I went with Priority Tax Relief for an installment agreement. They handled the paperwork and negotiations which was a big relief. The payments are still tough but at least I know I won’t lose my paycheck. They were helpful overall but I wish updates came faster.

If you are comfortable making the call I’d suggest reaching out to the IRS first. They offer programs like Fresh Start and payment plans that might fit your situation. Unless your case is really complicated, handling it yourself could save you a lot of money.
