Priority Tax Relief
Posted by liam_keller on September 5, 2025 at 12:48 pmHas anyone here had experience working with Priority Tax Relief? They advertise themselves as a team that helps individuals and businesses resolve IRS and state tax issues, including back taxes, liens, wage garnishments, and other related problems.
From what I’ve seen they claim to have tax professionals who negotiate directly with the IRS to reduce or settle tax debt, set up manageable payment plans, and stop aggressive collection actions. I’m curious if they’re reliable and if their services are worth the cost compared to other tax relief companies.
If anyone has used them, how was your overall experience? Did they actually deliver results, and how was their customer support?

I reached out to them last year. They were professional in communication but the fees were on the higher side. Results were decent though they stopped the IRS letters quickly.

I tried them for a tax lien issue. It took longer than i expected but they did get it resolved. The process was not stress free but at least i didn’t have to deal with the IRS myself.

My cousin used them and said they helped set up a payment plan. She felt they explained things clearly but the cost was a little steep.

I spoke to them for a consultation about my back taxes. They seemed very knowledgeable and explained the IRS programs well. In the end idecided not to hire them because of the upfront cost but i did feel like they knew what they were doing.

I actually used them when the IRS started sending me letters nonstop. They were able to stop the collections pretty quickly. It took some patience but my case was settled in a way I could live with. Not cheap but I’d say they did their job.

I went with Priority Tax Relief for an installment agreement. They handled the paperwork and negotiations which was a big relief. The payments are still tough but at least I know I won’t lose my paycheck. They were helpful overall but I wish updates came faster.

A friend of mine used them and got mixed results. They did stop the IRS calls and letters but the debt reduction wasn’t as much as she hoped for. Still she said it gave her peace of mind not having to handle it alone which made it worth the money.

My experience was fine but not amazing. They reduced some of my penalties and arranged a plan but i still owed most of the balance. I did appreciate not having to deal with the IRS myself though. If your debt is small it might be better to do it on your own.

I had a tax lien and reached out to them for help. The process was slow and dragged out but they eventually got it lifted. It was stressful waiting, but I don’t think I could’ve done it myself. For that reason i was glad to have their support.

I almost signed up with them but decided not to after doing some more research. They came across as professional in the consultation but the cost seemed really high. I ended up working directly with the IRS and it was tough but manageable.

They were professional in my case but i felt like once I signed the contract communication slowed down. I had to call them multiple times to get updates. They did get results eventually but i wish they had been more proactive in keeping me informed.

I hired them because i was nervous about dealing with the IRS myself. They managed to negotiate a reasonable payment plan for me. It wasn’t a huge reduction but it helped me breathe easier. The peace of mind was probably the best part of the whole thing.

I used them for back taxes and my experience was okay. They weren’t miracle workers but they did get me into a payment plan i could handle. The cost of their service felt steep but i do not think I’d have managed the paperwork without them.

My sister worked with them and said the biggest benefit was not feeling alone in the process. She was terrified of IRS letters and calls. Priority Tax Relief handled everything and explained things along the way. It did cost her a lot but it was worth the relief.

I tried them for an IRS levy issue. They jumped in quickly and stopped the levy which was a huge relief. The rest of the case took a long time to settle though. Overall they delivered on the most important part for me so I’d call it a win.
