I signed up with them last year and I’m still in the middle of the process. Communication is okay but it feels slower than i expected. I’m hoping the results are worth it in the end.

I didn’t use them but my coworker did. She said they were polite and responsive but the final settlement wasn’t as low as she thought it would be. She was still glad she didn’t have to call the IRS herself.

For me they took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I was getting letters and calls non stop. Once they stepped in the pressure stopped and i could breathe again. That alone was worth the fee.

I did a consultation with them but decided against hiring. The rep was pushing too hard and it didn’t sit well with me. I called the IRS and they were surprisingly helpful in setting up my plan.

They were upfront about the costs which i liked. I ended up paying quite a bit but they saved me from a levy on my bank account. Without them i don’t think i would have acted fast enough.

My experience was neutral. They weren’t bad but i didn’t feel like i got a huge benefit either. It felt like i paid for convenience more than results.
