My experience was decent but not great. They helped with paperwork and stopped the IRS from being aggressive. I still owed most of what i started with. If you’re expecting a big debt wipeout you might be disappointed.

I had a consultation with them and found them polite and professional. They explained all the programs in detail which gave me confidence. I ended up going with another company because of pricing but Priority definitely seemed legit and knowledgeable.

My friend worked with them and had good things to say. They set her up with a monthly payment plan and explained every step. She did mention it wasn’t cheap but she was just relieved not to face the IRS alone.

I used them for an old tax debt that had been hanging over me. They negotiated with the IRS and I ended up paying less than what I originally owed. It took almost a year though so patience is needed. In the end i was happy with the outcome.

I didn’t hire them but had a free consultation. They definitely know their stuff and did not pressure me too hard. I was impressed but still decided to handle my case directly with the IRS because I didn’t want the extra expense.

My coworker used them and said the customer support was responsive. Anytime she called with questions someone explained things clearly. The case took months to finish but she was happy with the end result.

I had an installment plan set up through them. It worked out okay but i was surprised at how many fees they charged along the way. They did what they promised though and i can’t really complain about the outcome.
