I feel like they overpromised. They said they could reduce my balance a lot but in the end they only got me on an installment agreement. I could have done that without them.

To be fair the staff was patient and understanding when I was panicking. They explained things in plain English which helped a ton. The outcome wasn’t perfect but i felt supported.

I hired them after getting a lien notice. It took a while but they eventually got the lien released. That was a huge relief though it cost more than i wanted to spend.

They are definitely not a scam but they also aren’t miracle workers. If you go in with realistic expectations you might be okay. just be ready to pay quite a bit.

My dad worked with them and said they were very persistent with the IRS. He ended up with a settlement that cut his debt in half. So it seems results vary depending on the case.

I personally didn’t use them but i got a quote and nearly fainted at the price. I think they’d be helpful if your case is super complicated but not for small tax issues.

They were professional nd i liked having a dedicated person to talk to. But in the end the results were average. Nothing life changing just less stress dealing with the IRS.
