As someone who freelances my taxes are never straightforward. There are invoices, expenses and random 1099 forms to keep track of. Software that organizes all that in one place saves me from endless spreadsheets. It feels much less overwhelming when everything connects smoothly. Without it, i would probably end up hiring an accountant.
