My experience lines up with yours. It’s super easy for people like me who only have W-2s and a little freelance income. The navigation is clear and I never felt lost while entering my info. I did notice it does not go into detail with deductions the way TurboTax does, but that was not a dealbreaker. For free, you really can’t complain much. It’s definitely a strong competitor in the free filing category.
