I think the biggest advantage with Credit Karma Tax is simplicity. It does not overwhelm you with too many extra features that you don’t even need. If you are filing something complex like multiple businesses i agree it might fall short. But for employees or people with side hustles, it checks the boxes. Plus, I like being able to store my old returns in one place. For me, it’s been a win overall.
