One thing i liked was how they explained things in plain language. I get confused with tax credits and deductions but the preparer took time to break it down so i understood. I did not feel rushed or brushed off like i have at other places. Even though it cost more than i would planned i left knowing exactly what was filed. That made it feel worth paying for.
