The biggest drawback for me was definitely the price. I ended up paying $160 for what felt like a pretty simple return. On the other hand i did appreciate having someone explain why certain credits did not apply to my situation. That part actually helped me understand the process better. So while it cost more than I expected, I still walked away learning something useful.
